2023 Homecoming Court Activities and Agenda

 

The St. Augustine High School Student Council cordially invites young ladies enrolled in Catholic schools to participate in our upcoming homecoming celebration. The 2023 Homecoming events get underway on Friday, October 6, and continue with our traditional varsity football game on Saturday, October 7, as the Purple Knights take on the Holy Cross Tigers. The celebration concludes with the annual homecoming dance.

The St. Augustine Homecoming Court is an annual tradition that recognizes exceptional members of the St. Augustine student body. The student council members appreciate the participation of the young ladies that attend our local sister Catholic schools.

The homecoming court is selected through a multi-stage process that includes an application review and a vote by the St. Augustine student body.

Eligibility requirements include:

• Have a written recommendation from their school Principal
• Be a student and in good standing at an all-girls Catholic High School
• Submit a 5x7 color photo in school uniform – waist up required, no exceptions (please scan to email address provided)
• Minimum GPA of 2.5 (4.0 scale)
• Submit $50.00 registration fee (Cash, or Money Order) NON-REFUNDABLE
• Not be affiliated with another all-male school Homecoming Court, Dance Team or Cheerleading Team.
• No visible piercings (other than ears) or tattoos.
• Complete and return the registration packet by Friday, August 18th by 12 noon

Celebrating 72 years of tradition, St. Augustine continues to grow homecoming week. This year we expect Homecoming 2023 to be a fun, spirited and a chance for the entire St. Augustine family to reconnect and celebrate. We look forward to your participation.
