St. Augustine High School has initiated reasonable, precautionary measures in an effort to reduce the spread of COVID-19. However, given the extremely contagious nature of COVID-19, the school cannot guarantee that you or your son will not contract the virus while attending or engaging in school-related and/or extracurricular activities. In fact, the increased exposure of attending or engaging in such activities could increase the risk of contracting COVID-19, despite St. Augustine's efforts to reduce the spread of the virus.
Parents of all students who will be on the campus are required to review and electronically sign a number of documents.

Parent Consent Form
PCR Educator School Management System, the student information system (SIS) provides a safe and protected place for our faculty and staff to manage student data and share academic records securely with students, parents. The PCR portal offers the following features:
  •  Schedule
  • Courses
  • Daily Schedule (See your son's classes)
  • Balances
  • Daily Attendance
  • Period Attendance
  • Billing (coming soon)
    • Up to date balances
    • Pay online 
To access the new information system as a parent, please follow the following instructions: 
  •  Click here on PCR and bookmark it. You will soon be able to access the site from the school website as well. 
  • Your email address is your user name.
  • Please enter your email address as your user name at the bottom of the page in the Forgot Password section. 
  • The system will send you a link to update your password. 

To access student schedules: 
  • To access your son(s) schedule, click Student at the top of the page.
  • The Daily Schedule shows on the left-hand side.
  • Scroll down, and all Courses show on the right-hand side.
  • Multiple students: If you have more than one student at St.Augustine, a drop-down box will show in the upper left-hand corner. There, and you may click to view other student schedules. 
Students in need of academic support should send a message to the counseling department.

DePaul Community Health Centers’ School-Based Health Services (DCHC-SBHS) is a program of Ascension DePaul Services of New Orleans (ADSNO), founded by the Daughters of Charity, who have cared for the New Orleans community for 185 years. Holistic primary and preventive health services are available at DePaul Community Health Centers, formerly Daughters of Charity Health Centers, citywide at ten community health centers.

Services are available at no cost to students and school personnel and are billable to Medicaid and other commercial insurances as services are provided.
