Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) is organized to encourage members to participate in activities designed to facilitate intelligent career choices, develop business skills, teach the value of community responsibility, and strengthen self-confidence.  Chapter activities usually fall into these five categories:  Professional, Service, Civic, Financial, and Social.

FBLA activities help members build character and confidence. They also learn about the 4C’s of 21st Century skills that include Collaboration, Creativity, Communication, and Critical Thinking, and they put these into action. Moderator, Ms. Davis likes to say that they also learn a 5th C, Citizenship or Community connection through their community service.
